Canada's source-safe condo building directory
Trust and Verification
Trust and Verification for Condobuildings.ca, with source-aware buyer questions, document requests, red flags, professional review scope and correction paths.
Direct Answer
Condobuildings.ca makes uncertainty visible: every public building profile separates official footprint data, candidate signals, verified facts, submitted updates and claimed profile data.
Trust Model
Condobuildings.ca does not hide uncertainty. Each building page shows what is official, what is a candidate signal, what is verified, what is user-submitted and what still needs a source.

No Fake Data Policy
The site must not invent building names, addresses, unit counts, amenities, boards, managers, photos, reviews, sold data, market stats, fees, pet policies, short-term rental policies, building issues or buyer rankings. Restricted MLS or copyrighted listing content is not used unless there is permission or licence.
How Corrections Work
Corrections, source uploads, duplicate reports, not-a-condo flags and claim requests enter a moderation queue with statuses such as pending, approved, rejected, needs_more_source, merged, duplicate and archived. No submission automatically verifies a building.
Claimed Profiles
Property managers, condo boards, developers or authorized representatives can claim a profile. A claim can improve communication and proposed updates, but claimed status is separate from verified facts.
Buyer Guidance
Editorial guidance explains documents, inspections, insurance, bylaws, reserve fund studies, status certificates, strata documents and regional terminology. It does not create building-specific risk claims unless those claims are source-backed.
